Easy to swallow
The capsules are easy to swallow. I haven't noticed any problems with them. I don't get sick very often, but I have taken elderberry supplements all year round. I don't use it just for cold and flue season. I've used elderberry gummies before too, but my multivitamin is a gummy and I just thought I would try not to have everything be a gummy.

I LIKE THAT IT IS ONE pill to take %26 been trying not have the easy gummies ones your price is okay %26 I don't have wait for them to b shipped from other store.

Amazing supplement! I've been taking these elderberry capsules for 2 years and haven't gotten sick once. Easy to swallow and really helps keep my immune system strong.

AMAZING immunity boosting supplement!
This elderberry is excellent quality! My pharmacist advised me to begin this supplement during Covid and I never stopped. I have multiple immune issues and I rarely get sick. This stuff truly works!
