Nutricost Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)
I recently switched to this natural form of B12 (Methylcobalamin). I took a synthetic brand for years without knowing it was synthetic. I'm definitely going to continue with the Nutricost, I'm glad I discovered it.

I always buy clean Vitamins and Minerals.
I follow Dr. Eric Berg's recommendations and Walmart carries his Vitamins and Minerals Online.However, I bought this brand because Dr. Berg's was a bit higher priced on my fixed income. follow Dr. Berg on Facebook and YouTube and Instagram. 👍🏼

Need for my leg jerk

Value for prive
I do a lot of comparison shopping before I make a purchase and Walmart always is on the right price range. I save money and the items are delivered. Couldn't ask for more.

Read my warning
My doctor recommended B12 tablets 2,000mcg's. But these are capsules!!! Anyway, I've been taking Cyanocobalamin 1,000mcg's for years with no problems. But these are Methylcobalamins!!! Different composition/ chemical! I took one and got sick within a couple hours! I threw up and when I went to bed, my chest tightened up like I was having a heart attack!!! Not good!!! Not recommended unless you have experience with using Methylcobalamins. I then found out there are 4 types of B12's. I'm sticking to Cyanocobalamin.
