I have been using l-glutamine from another supplier. It is supposed to improve the absorption of nutrients, and it does seem to have that effect. I saw that BulkSupplements carried this item for $10 less than the supplier that I had been using.

Glutamine is a bit of a challenge to measure out each and every dose, but once you have it measured, it mixes in well. I have only mixed it with apple juice or yogurt , and both work well. Both of them taste good after mixing in the powder. I would use again.
