Great brand and quality.
I've been using this brand of supplements for a decade, and haven't been let down by them yet. The taste of this isn't bad at all, and it seems to help me sleep better, which is why I bought it. The quality is top notch. I can't say whether or not it improves testosterone levels, as I've read it also does, but I have no noticeable negative effects at all.
