the taste isn't very good but I take it for my health so some things don't always taste good that are good for you, it is supposed to help with with blood glucose but I haven't been taking it long enough to know if it works but it seems to help if I control my carbs and sugar at the same time

Great way to start the day. Only take one teaspoon in a cup of warm water to make a great earthy tea. I like a squeeze and lemon also. I have been taking it for 2 weeks and notice a calmer gut throughout the day.

I wish this came with a scooper, but otherwise this seems to be the correct powder. it does seem to have helped my energy a bit

This is a very economical way to buy this product. Use it in smoothies.

4 stars due to it doesn't mix the best so I usually have to add a bit more water and finish it off. Make sure you look at side effects...nothing bad or major, just unusual. I chose the powder cuz I wanted to mix with protein powder and not deal with soaking seeds over night.

it's very very bitter.it doesn't dissolve but sweles and settles to the bottom of the glass. but mixing with yogurt and honey it's ok It works well to clear phlegm. My lungs are better
