I take 500 mg of it with many other powder supplements first thing in the morning with distilled water Monday to Friday.

Great deal for the amount of servings. Nice addition to pre workout or morning stack. Measurement is small, I usually just use 1/3 of 1/4 teaspoon.

nice mid-day adaptogen to give you a boost when you're feeling sluggish. Much nicer experience than caffeine midday.

this herb might work. the taste is part of the cure . probable taking for about 90 days.with other herbs.We are "non-compliant "with Dr.protocal. yep.

Haven't taken long enough to really tell if this works. It is a small serving but really doesn't taste good or mix well.

Like the cost per serving but, you have to have a mg scale or special measuring spoon.
