This stuff is fantastic. I started out with 1 teaspoon and then after three days 2 teaspoons and after another three days half the tablespoon now I'm up to 1 tablespoon. The stuff is awesome. I don't get jittery. I'm sleeping better at night. Maybe it's just me. I'm not sure. But I take a tablespoon now of it before I drink my coffee. I'm no expert, but this form of MCT is said to be more pure. I am not on the ketogenic diet, but do intermittently fast. Subjectively, it appears to produce better alertness in the morning, presumably due to ketone production in the absence of insulin.
