The taste is outstanding, alone or with my EVERYDAY DOSE 🍄 ☕️ ! They have helped me FIGHT BACK FIBROMYLGIA ( no it's NOT made up!) %26 has helped my battles with FOOD since having RYN-Y gastric bypass, IYKYK, %26 YES, i would do it AGAIN because when I got healthy, I started to live AGAIN! ✌🏽🫶🏽 🕊DON'T FORGET WHAT GOD MADE!!🤝 🦿🦿🦾
I love adding this to my coffee and it doesn't bother my stomach at all like MCT oil. It gives you a boost of energy and aligns well with my keto diet. It makes my coffee delicious like I'm adding creamer but without adding creamer. The MCT has a lot of health benefits and it gives me more energy than just coffee alone. I bought a bottle of MCT oil and tried it one time and it tore up my stomach. I have no problems with the MCT oil powder.
I love this For It says extra sourdough i'm trying to look for pure MCT coconut oil powder to add in my coffee. It's not bad, but I don't like the taste compared to others. I have tasted, but this is a great product for Emergencies.
No GI upset or bloating. Helps to maintain weight. I lost 2 lb since adding 1 tbsp to my coffee on a empty stomach. Mixes well in warm liquids, need blender to add to cold drinks. Just reordered
has no coconut taste at all. You can add it to hot cereals, teas, coffee,... 1T with your favorite creamer helps your health. Remember though. there is such a thing as too much of a good thing can be bad. A healthy fat.
What a great way to supplement my nutritional needs. The MCT Oil powder mixes well in coffee and other drinks or smoothies/cereal with no taste and no grit!
(I never give 5 ⭐️ reviews.) MCT means Medium Chain Triglyceride. Our bodies need these. Your liver uses it directly for energy, it's never converted to fat for your body to hold onto. I put 2 Tbsp into each of my 2 morning cups of coffee. (Yes that's double the recommended dose. Again, this is MY OWN personal experience. Consult your own physician for your own needs.) It gives your body extra energy beyond caffeine alone, without jitters or a crash. Dissolves well in hot liquid, a tiny bit of oil floating on the surface of your coffee (or tea or hot cocoa) is to be expected, as it is a coconut oil derivative. IMPORTANT: Adding it to your empty mug BEFORE adding your hot liquid makes it dissolve much better. Tasteless, but imparts a little richness above what my splash of 1/2 %26 1/2 gives. It has helped me lose weight. (NOT saying it will for you, again this is purely MY OWN personal experience.) Reasonable price. Very low calories. Best of all, it's NON-GMO.
I'm not sure how any other powders work, but this one didn't dissolve easily. You have to vigorously stir it and it still leaves cloudy stuff floating on top. Also since it is supposed to be an oil, I was expecting to see at least traces of oil in the cup. All I see is this powder. It says that it has Gum Acacia in it. I can understand having some of this ingredient would change the color of the coffee a little, but I'm wondering if the product is mostly this gum acacia and very little oil. I like the Carrington liquid better liquid versions of MCT from now on.
Giving it a 3 Stars only because I have no opinion. Although I did the research on this product as to what it might do I still do not have a clear understanding of what using this product will impact my health - so - it sits in my cupboard and until I figure out when and where I should add this to my diet - there it will stay.
I'm not a fan of these MCT oils because they only have three grams of fat and 3 g of saturated fat they also have two carbohydrates and two dietary fibers which it just seems weird because the liquid kind of the same brand has 14 total fat and 13 saturated fat and zero carbohydrates and zero fiber so I'm just confused on that but I would rather have the liquid than the powder so I just ordered it actually
