Very durable and heavy. It is made to stand the pressure of squeezing the lemon as hard as you can to get as much juice out as possible. It doesn't feel like it will break because of how well made it is.

While it says large, it's smaller than my previous lemon squeezer. I marked it down on ease of use because of the size. I think if it was a bit larger, I'd be able to get a bit more leverage to squeeze the citrus. It is made well and does the job.
