These are the best baked beans I've ever had except for maybe my mothers I've eaten these since I was a kid and I am now about 69 years old and just bought some today at the grocery. I love the Hickory smoke flavor feel a little bit of sweetness and a little bit of tan they have I usually get just the original sometimes you know get some beans with another item adding into it you know how they do but I like their original OG just like me so I suggest you try cause you'll love them about big can't must be. It's just me so that's how good they are and I'm I'm not. I'm a small woman. You know the large can be anyway OK well I enjoy it and you will too

I buy 1 28oz can of brown sugar hickory and a small can of 12-16 oz Bush's Country style. If it's too much I'll take out 5-6 oz of the big can and add great value applewood thick cut bacon. I also add a small finely diced sweet or vidalia onion, 1/2 large green pepper finely diced, tablespoon of mustard, big squirt of ketchup, a whole bottle of any type of hickory bbq sauce (your choice), brown sugar (to taste) crushed red pepper, black pepper a little bit of salt (to taste. The trick is to finely dice the onion and green pepper) a dash of vinegar from a pepper jar. I lay the bacon raw on top of the beans (about 5-6 slices or more, up to you) and bake on 350 for about 21/2 to 3 hours, take it out uncover and cook until the bacon is browned pretty good. I can make sandwiches out of the bacon it's so good and even the beans.

Family likes baked beans sometimes as a side dish. I don't like GMOs in my food. Great Value baked beans are cheaper but have GMOs. I pay extra for Bush Beans because they are natural, not genetically modified. They taste good, and it's my "go-to" for beans 🫘.

I have had the brand's regular baked beans for years, but can't say that I had the brown sugar hickory before. I really liked these. I like the brown sugar taste and the hickory smoked taste. When it is hot outside, this is the perfect meal. I cook beans on the stove top and put them on some toast, either with eggs, or cheese or even a hot dog. Tonight it was just the perfect meal for a warm night. I like the taste of brown sugar better than regular sugar because I think it is less sweet. I will buy this flavor of beans again. They have the perfect taste.

Nothing better than pork %26 beans with brown sugar and a little dab of mustard. Only thing this needed was a little dab of mustard to be absolutely perfect, just like mom used to make! Usually I add both brown sugar and mustard but this can already has the exact amount of brown sugar as you would expect in the classic recipe!!

I often order these beans and they are good. However my last two orders have included severely dented cans. This order the beans were dented and my last order a soup can was dented. It really isn't an issue with the product. I clearly wouldn't have bought a dented can in person so I am trusting the shopper less and less.

When you don't have time to cook but you need something fast to eat. Try a package of Oscar Mayer all beef hotdogs. Or any brand of hotdogs that you like. Cut four of them up and add to one can of bushes baked beans. Put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and you have instant “Beans %26 Franks”. It never fails there will be no leftovers. Kids love this. I always use the brown sugar baked beans. I've tried all the other types of bushes beans. The grill'n beans and the more expensive cans. This is the best can to have with the hotdogs. No mess to clean up and everybody has been fed. Obviously something that you won't do every single night. But it is nice when for whatever reason you need to take break that night from cooking.
