Bush's Reduced Sodium Black Beans, 15 oz Can

Two of the cans showed up dented beyond use.

Please make sure all prepared, awa produce and meat products clearly show country of origin, "Product of .....", especially all Great Value products. I want to know the source country of grown/raised/processed, in this case, the beans. But it is also true for fresh and frozen fruits/vegetables and seafood/meats. I don't want food stuffs grown or processed outside USA, unless Canada or EU or Breat Britain. No fruit from Mexico or Chile nor beef from Brazil.

I bought a tub of dried black beans and rice. When I make some I add my own can of black beans, a can of corn and Kielbasa, all from Walmart. I could live on rice and beans. Filling, good sustenance and substance. Can make a big batch all at once, feed several, or have leftovers.

Honestly, I love black beans way more than just about any other kind! I actually use these to make my own refried beans at home, and it works so well. The flavor is incredible, plus you can always count on that top tier Bush's name brand quality.

I buy these for the fiber, and they taste great. Very good for the gut too. I put a can into a bowl for about 5 minutes, put garlic, onion powder and oregano leaves mash it up and serve. Yum!

I've tried them on and off and I still don't care for them. I rinsed them off and added them to a recipe for dip. I've tried them in taco soup. I try different foods for added protein but I can't acquire a taste for them.

They're excellent! I usually boil them in water and then purée them. It makes the consistency thick and you can mix it with your egg whites. Your rice just about anything you want.

Bush's black beans are the best in my opinion. We eat a lot of black beans. Bush's (especially reduced sodium) are always our %231 choice. Cans even arrived without dents!! Price is a bit higher than store brands, but well worth your money for the quality.

I mix mine with Del Monte southwest corn, rice and the black beans. Great combo for when you have a large group to feed. They will love it.
