These are the perfect size for what I needed it for. I was very skeptical about purchasing this product because sometimes the description doesn't match the actual product received but theirs was spot on, durability and size, just perfect. Highly recommend
They worked great as a hard candy mold. But... not so much for in oven baking. Was making meatballs and decided to try these hoping meatballs would cook more evenly without having to turn them constantly to avoid a hard flat spot. Placed two of these molds on one standard size cookie sheet and placed one round meatball in center of each mold pocket. Oven temp was set at 375°. Checked on them after 10 minutes and noticed molds were warping and small stream of smoke acrid enough to irritate nose and eyes in the few moments before I immediately removed them from the oven. Removed meat from molds and after molds cooled they returned to normal shape. Won't use in oven again and not sure if safe for candy use anymore either because of smell that came off of molds when they were in the oven.
Molds are ideal for breakfast sandwiches; I use both at least once a week; baking a dozen eggs is healthier IMO than any other cooking method. Not certain it's necessary to brush meat Ed butter in each mold but I do; cleanup is super simple; I don't toss in dishwasher but hand wash. Super simple to make breakfast sandwich; easy to be creative with additions to egg! Well worth the price.
. Great for making round eggs to put in bagels need baking sheet underneath in order to use them that should have been specified. When I ordered them.
Works perfectly to crack one egg in each well. Need to use a little oil, and I found it was best to remove eggs while still warm; otherwise, a few spots would stick. Very happy with overall use.
Worked well for what i needed easy clean up
Perfect for over hard eggs. I make 6 and store them for a quick morning breakfast sandwich.
The wells hold about 1/8 cup of batter before overflowing and becoming 1 item. The one placed directly on the oven rack slightly bent where it wasn't supported and the bottom of them were somewhat burned. The ones placed on a cookie sheet for support baked beautifully. I used baking spray to help release, and most came out easily. The few that didn't, I'm not sure if I failed to spray that area or not.
