I got these because I want to safely dose myself with calcium throughout the day. Anything over 500 mg within a few hours of each other is stressful for the heart. And yet you see so many multivitamins with a boatload of calcium. Be worn though, if you're taking vitamin D3 that the amount's is significant. You'll want to factor that in to your daily intake.

I love that this is a pill and not a chew or a chalk-like disk I'm expected to eat. I'm not yet sure if it actually works, but I'm just so stinking happy to find calcium citrate in a pill !!!

I like these because they are small gel capsules and easy to swallow. The price is right and I will never go back to the big horse pills.

This combination of ingredients, the easy to swallow capsules and the quantity was exactly what I needed. I will buy it again.

The pills are big, but packed with a lot of goodness for the body and I don't have a problem swallowing it. After taking with full glass of water I do not feel nauseous or any side effects.

Absolutely love these. Was taking calcium citrate and vitamin D. Calcium tablets were huge and difficult to swallow. Now I get both in one much easier to take gel cap.

More items missing than indicated, it also included garlic sticks that I did not order. This is the second time to receive an item I did not order. How does it happen an item of higher than a single grocery item is included in an order. Am I charged for such items? Please, please. Instruct your shoppers to pay attention to actual grocery lists. !!!!!!!!!

The size of this bottle is ridiculously small. I haven't opened them yet but noticed it recommends taking them 20-30 minutes before eating which isn't the norm as it's usually recommended to take with meals. I don't recommend!

I hate that I bought these and I don't know if they even work. The biggest issue is that they can't spell absorbable, so it really kills my confidence in the product. Not sure if china's production practices are the same as in the US. Also, I'm blind and realized, after I purchased it, that the symbol has nothing to do with supplement verification , like USP.
