Happy with the game itself but not the price of the game.

I bought a X-Box instead of PS5 and that's what my grandson wanted for his birthday. I already bought it in store last month but it wasn't a digital download and he asked me today about his birthday present and Imistakingly ordered X box instead of PS5 and it hasn't been downloaded. Please help me. I didn't know about no return.

Broken game, has many issues some even making this game unplayable. Honestly wish I never bought it, it should be a crime to sell an unfinished game for full price. Devs keep on breaking it, but wait they'll fix it, and then break something else again. Bet, I'm never buying another cod again.

never recieved instructions on how to download game and when I called customer service no one was able to help me figure out how to resend instructions. this was a xmas present i have yet to figure out how to download game

This game is digital. You will receive it over the internet. Not every grandparent is computer suave… now what? It's non refundable!!!!
