I have never used Walmart delivery. it was amazing. product arrived in less than an hour. I loved the tracker where you can see the car moving. This was awesome. Will definitely utilize delivery again. The driver was friendly on top of everything else. thank you

Awesome hardware, Walmart delivered this super quickly. Couldn't be happier... Man, the best part about Xbox right now is Game Pass, it's basically a massive digital buffet where you can download huge blockbuster titles and weird indie games on a whim without wasting seventy bucks. The hardware is stupidly fast too, especially Quick Resume which lets you freeze multiple games in place and swap between them in like five seconds flat without seeing a single loading screen. Plus, it plays tons of old-school backward-compatible titles from back in the day, but automatically boosts the graphics and frame rates so they actually look incredible on a modern TV.

Had this console about a year ago but regrettably had to sell it due to moving cross country! Everyday since I've been just waiting to get another one and shopping around I found Walmart had the series x at the cheapest price you'll find anywhere for a new console! They were priced at $500 when I got the first one but now they're $650, the rollback price was less than $600!!! So not much of an increase! Had it delivered which the Walmart delivery service is fantastic! No issues in the few days I've had it but if you're looking for a new series x this is the place to get one, online people are selling used systems for more than a new one costs from Walmart lol 🤦🏻 very thrilled with my purchase and plan on keeping this one till it dies or I do!

Walmart delivered the console in 24 hours though I could have waited without issue. This retailer is one of the fee true ones left. This xbox console is a beast and very fast with the interface/performance. Highly reccomennded

Upgraded from Series S to X and it is great. Regarding the delivery and driver, it was great. He was very careful and carried everything and was very professional.

defective, took back to store for exchange and rep gave refund instead of exchange causing all kinds or problems due to store inventory wrong, had to reorder online and try to get even exchange price, customer service basically is treating me like thief for requesting even exchange price

Paid for brand new console and they sent me an opened box item. Additionally, the console had some minor cosmetic wear indicative of use. To add to the misery, I was unable to exchange the console at my local store due to online purchasing policy. I returned it, now I will have to wait for the refund to process only to have to purchase all over again. I spoke to about 4-5 different Walmart associates, between interactions on the phone and at the store not one apology given. I get it, they are not paid near what they deserve and I don't blame them for a second. Just do better Walmart, do better. So it goes..

A WALMART scam—I bought it new, but these scammers gave me one that had been opened and then resealed (surely another buyer had purchased and returned it, and then they gave it to me—I watched unboxing videos, and nothing matched what the console was supposed to include). This was not purchased from a third party on Walmart, '' it was sold directly by Walmart.com''

I will never buy anything off this app again.. the Xbox stopped working less than a month after purchasing online with in store pick up. When I tried to explain to the customer service manager no help was received. They told me I was out of luck with my $600 pre pay purchase. Because I was still paying on the console. That doesn't work. So once again it feels like a scam and I will never use this Walmart app again..

this is a refurbished Xbox and the graphics were poor. I kept gaslighting myself into thinking maybe it was because my TV wasn't able to handle it. Went and tested it out on a TV that was well above what it could handle and the GPU was the issue with the Xbox. I wish I had of known it was refurbished before I got it. Some people got lucky with theirs so it couldn't be too bad for some but my experience was horrible. I got a refund coming and I'm getting an Xbox from Walmart itself in the store. Also one red flag was that it came in a Home Depot box lol just go do a pick-up dont order from this seller unless you want to gamble your time and money.
