The graphics, speed, and overall performance are a huge upgrade compared to older Xbox models. Got for my hard working husband as an anniversary gift, who’s sacrificed without a system for years.. he deserves something outside of work that brings him joy. Only complaint is the storage.. right from the get go it was full.. (and I thought I got a good storage size! LOL) definitely going to have to get an external storage! (Consider that with this purchase.) otherwise, good purchase!

Bought this for my dad since his old One S had a lot of issues. It’s worth the upgrade, especially going with the disc drive model. The video output compared to the Series S and older models is very noticeable and crisp, clear. The ability to play all our old physical copies is a great addition as well. Storage isn’t too bad on these and it’s easily upgradable thanks to the expansion port.

Upgraded from Series S to X and it is great. Regarding the delivery and driver, it was great. He was very careful and carried everything and was very professional.

Honestly very frustrating experience, on top of not getting my order, the day I cancelled, asking for a refund it wasn't even issued that same day, a week goes by, I had to follow up again about my refund meaning I have to wait another 10 days just to get my money back on something that never came and I had to keep paying on. Save yourself the headache and just pick it up in person. I never had a bad experience ordering through Walmart but this is the first and the absolute worst. I will never understand having third party sellers if I'm ordering DIRECTLY THROUGH WALMART!

Bought for Christmas last year (November 2024) and it began saying it was overheating by mid January. Kept it clean and dusted, consitently kept it updates and cache cleared out to avoid overload, went from standing it up to laying it down (someone said the chips in these things melt super easy when standing straight up) got a fan system stand for it, moved it clear away from anything and it continued it is now to the point it turns on then right back off for the last 2 months. Found out this is a common issue and it shouldn't be! If xbox knows this is a problem they should be replacing the items and recalling affected models. Considering I've had gaming consoles since the 90s and every model of xbox so far, and none have ever overheated I can 100% say it is not a user error but a device flaw/malfunction. 600 bucks down the drain. Series X specific but I'm sure it's the s too. Technology keeps getting more expensive and built worse. WHEN it did work the graphics were great.

This was supposed to be a new Xbox and showed up as a refurbished Xbox not paying the price for a new Xbox when it’s a refurbished Xbox even in the description it says new

this is a refurbished Xbox and the graphics were poor. I kept gaslighting myself into thinking maybe it was because my TV wasn't able to handle it. Went and tested it out on a TV that was well above what it could handle and the GPU was the issue with the Xbox. I wish I had of known it was refurbished before I got it. Some people got lucky with theirs so it couldn't be too bad for some but my experience was horrible. I got a refund coming and I'm getting an Xbox from Walmart itself in the store. Also one red flag was that it came in a Home Depot box lol just go do a pick-up dont order from this seller unless you want to gamble your time and money.

I ordered an Xbox X (full price same at Best Buy) through this company, and they sent me a refurbished unit. I tried to reach out twice now to the company with no response. I am so angry about this. They were untruthful of the product I was receiving and couldn't even have the decency to reply. A refurbished unit shouldn't cost the same as a brand new unit. Do not order through this company.
