Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller - Pulse Red

Amazing feel and build quality. I have a MSI GeForce30 as a dedicated PC controller and I love it due to it being almost identical to the original Xbox 350 feel. With this, it’s small, it has the much needed grip under the sides when holding onto it, and connects so easily. I chose this one due to its Bluetooth capabilities and with iOS 14.5 out now as well as being in the xCloud Beta, it was a no brained to choose. I got it here for $19 after some promo offers credits and was a steal to not pass up on it. I’d recommend it highly if you plan on using it on an Apple product. The build quality and finish, it just feels natural while playing. With it being so new, you almost don’t want to use it but then again, it’s my new toy and an gonna enjoy it!!! Also included, Microsoft isn’t cheap, they actually have a paper manual and product info printed. Nowadays you just see instructions to log in online and view it there but this was nice to see.

LOVE this controller. Happened to catch it on sale for $16 cheaper than all competitor pricing. Easy to sync. Battery seems to last longer than the controller that came with the game console. The texture does make a slight difference to gain a better grip and maintain good control during gaming. I’m hoping one of the other colors offered goes on as good of a sale. Would definitely purchase in the future.

At first, was given 2nd hand controller (red) than the Microsoft that I ordered. Was corrected in 20 minutes and received a better color (volt/green). Thanks Walmart and Crew.

It seems that the controller has not been affected but the box certainly was. As you can see by the pic, the box has been torn and apparently cut by a box cutter. Check your purchase when accepting your product from customer pick-up. The package was actually still sealed with the Microsoft sticker. The controller looks great and my granddaughter will love it! Hoping it will be okay.

The thing flashes and it’s broken every single time I connected to my Xbox it connects for 30 seconds. I play a little bit, possibly a minute heads and it literally goes flashing and disconnects.

Bought this with the insurance plan for $7 I think, to avoid any issues returning, as my son tends to have bad luck with controllers. Sure enough the controller malfunctioned. Brought it in to try and exchange it and was turned away. I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do and I would have to call MICROSOFT because the insurance doesn’t kick in until after x amount of days. I said ok and told them I would never shop at Walmart again. I am married and have two children. My spouse and I both work and make a decent living. We spend a lot of money each month exclusively at target now. Not looking for a response just thought someone may want to know. Over a $60 controller you lost at least one customer for life (me) and possibly the rest of my family if they hold grudges as long as I do. This happened in July, I’ve waited a Few months and it is incredibly easy to not shop at Walmart for anything. This isn’t some crazy right wing cry baby my feelings got hurt type of boycott. This is a call for community resistance against corporations that refuse to employ even the slightest bit of common sense in every day interactions that could slightly benefit the customer in any way, shape or form.

I believe it’s on purpose midst the time but the regular Xbox series s controllers come with worse stick drift new than the one I had been using 6 months and repeatedly dropped. This is the second controller I bought from Walmart and had deliver and inside was a used piece of junk someone returned or switched out when it was being delivered. Walmart needs to do better at making sure what they deliver is what was advertised and bought and to make sure returns aren’t put back on shelf and sold again. This was the only color they had in stock at the time and just like my other purchase it was used junk and not even the color advertised so I won’t be buying this type of equipment from them ever again.

I had the controller for less than 6 months and I barely ever play as I work 2 jobs and only get 2 full days off a week, the right stick now barely works even though I’ve been extra careful with it but this is like the 3rd controller I’ve bought that’s lasted less than 6 months.. do better Xbox please these controllers just don’t last like the Xbox 360 ones did back in the day 👎👎

This controller is a knock off and broke in no time. There is absolutely no help with warranty or any help at all from anyone. Walmart sent me doen a rabbit hole and jumped thru all these hoops for $5 off my next order 🙃. Ridiculous

Was great for the first week and a half but just like most other new Xbox one controllers, joysticks start having drift and some buttons have issues as well.
