Would recommend
Box was messed up so I assume it's used even though I bought new but that doesn't really matter. The product itself is in great condition and nothing seems to be wrong with it as we've taken it out of the box. Nice volume adjustment and easily adjustable size so fit and comfort is nice. Mic was protected out of box and seems clear.

Bought this for my son's birthday. He loves them and says it's the best headset he ever had and is so comfortable.

Fit
I had another pair of these prior to ordering this pair. They had a better fit on my ears than these do. It seems this pair does not have same range of motion as last pair.

seems the microphone is unusabley quiet despite trying multiple controllers build and sound quality are great. large headed Folk beware, runs a little bit small

Although these headsets work with the Xbox interface very well, the sound quality is not very good. To most games you'll have to turn up the audio on the game. The headsets volume control does a poor job of boosting the audio.

Bad
They sound quality is okay. but the mic doesnt pick up my voice , even after turning it up in the system settings and game settings. I have to talk super loud to make callouts or communicate with teammates. Returned.

Error every single delivery
Today's shipment error: 2 video games delivered still in their security cases. How am I suppose to open them? Bring my delivery to the store for removal? Unbelievable.

Poor materials for the cable.
The cable is rolling on itself. It is a huge product defect. I really dont get how this product could have an OK review. If it was wireless, sure, it soundsgood, but with the cheap cable problem it's almost unusable.
