I love this battery pack it is so much easier than charging or changing batteries all the time and less expensive. I can even plug it in and play . Awesome purchase definitely worth the money.

The product arrives as described, it looks brand new and original, it arrives quick; the only issue is that the box came damaged in the part of the battery, a little bit more and the battery comes out.

To start off I ordered 4 of them to replace the now 3 year old battery backs I currently have. I was a little bit shocked when I received 3 Chinese clones and 1 authentic. I figured I would give them a chance anyways and 2 out the box are doa (don't charge or register any voltage on a volt meter) and the other 2 work but the cloned version will never stop charging if left plugged in and gets dangerously hot. The authentic one works as it should. I verified their authenticity through Microsoft directly and yes, only 1 of them is authentic and you can clearly see it in the photo. If I wanted knock offs I could have saved 75$ and just bought the clones from Ali express for the 6$ they sell for. I am in the process of returning them even the 1 legit one and will just get them at my local Bestbuy that has them in stock.

I've tried three times and and it consistently shuts off when the battery level reaches around 50%, which is only about 15h pf use. On box it writes in Chinese saying this product is only applicable to users living in PRC. What's worse, you can't return it in mail, it accepts in-store return only and there's no Walmart nearby. So you have to keep this junk.
