Got this for my son for Christmas and we added a rechargeable battery. We've had no problems and everything is working great he had the blue version of this for a year that's been good to us as well.

Great controller! Bad packaging
The box was ripped, it seems the controller was refurbished even tho i bought the NEW one, still it works like a charm, love it so far, either way i'll make a claim for the warranty about it

works great
box was ripped when i picked ot up they told me when it was brought out that they were all ripped how if no one can get ahold of them should have gotten a discount since it was ripped that badly but did not was also told that if i didnt want it they would refund it what about my time and gas going down there for nothing i ended up taking it home it was supposed to be a birthday present why so i had to go buy something else to give as the present senseless

One week in and has stick drift.
Bought two of these controllers for my son. One week in and one of them has stick drift. When I had an Xbox 360 those controllers worked without a glitch. I don’t know what Microsoft has done different but they need to go back and look at their other controllers. We have a basket full of junk controllers. This one will go back to Walmart.

Bad Xmas
Please start checking your stuff when you do a curbside pick up when the person dropped that off in my trunk and didn’t even asked me for any ID or anything that was kind of weird. I think he switched out my controller so they need to check their employees that worked in the curbside assistance they are stealing back there. What a shame Fort Wayne Indiana you’re always so worried about people stealing especially me. You stereotype me every time I come into your store because I have tattoos on my face. Well this is for you you better make this right I will be suing you. cause you made my six-year-old grandson cry on Christmas. What a sad day.
