Astral Purple XBOX Wireless Controller
Package arrived, box was slightly damaged, controller which I thought was brand new is covered in scratches and dirty! Will never buy from this seller again! Haven’t even checked to see if controller connects to system yet or works, very disappointed! I expect new items to be just that when I get them not already pre used in appearance.

Happy but disappointed :(
It looks and feels great, but the package was ripped up like someone tried to get into it and the controller was flying around inside loosely…It made me sad because it was supposed to be a nice gift for my husband and it looked like I got it used from somebody on eBay lol. Still upset about it, but the controller seems to be working well for playing games on his pc.

What the h***?
The controller package came already torn and broken the controller has white residue on it and the stick doesn't even stay moving forward when pushed upwards. Do y'all even test your products?

Damaged box
Ordered an xbox one controller for delivery and the box arrived badly damaged in multiple spots, which i've seen worse and i'm not a stickler on presentation or anything but cmon it looks like it was on purpose.

Functional control, damaged box
Fortunately, the Xbox controller is in good condition. However, the box arrived in poor condition; it was torn and the packaging was open on one side. Overall, I liked the controller; it works well.

I didn't get the actual product. They sent a used, dirty, and totally different color controller to me. And it didn't have a back to it!
