Microsoft QAT-00001 Carbon Black Controller for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One 1 Count

The Xbox X/S controller work good but when I first took it out the box’s it’s look kindly dusty but I whip it and it’s was no problem shipment was fast and only took 4 days the shipment box was good too no damage and also the battery are included.

Arrived in damaged box, and was delayed 2 weeks without any updates, but works great! It feels snappy, clean, and lighter than previous models.

Really sad when you spend $50 on a Christmas gift and it arrives in a damaged box. Won't be ordering from this supplier again because it looks like others have had the same issues

Box was damaged, %26 need to be informed about where it's coming from before the purchase. Thanks I could have ubered to the nearest store that same day instead had to come from GA?

Absolutely terrible, I ordered it and they sent me the old model Xbox controller used and missing things inside the box. Super bad don’t buy this.

You shipped an electronic item in a NON-PADDED plastic thin envelope??. It arrived looked like it was drop kicked, hulk smashed then run over with the 18 wheeler that drove it. What is wrong with you!???? The controller was full of white particles of envelope and shaved box like it was drug behind behind the shipping truck. DUDE do you not have room on the inside of the trucks? Shipping department should have packaged their item better so that when FEDEx got ahold of it and dragged it mercilessly behind their trucks it could have survived.

The controller I received is not the controller I purchased. I purchased a Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller. The one I received was a knock-off brand controller that will not connect wirelessly to my Xbox. I could use it wired (via USB to USB-C; that works) but that is not what I want or need. If I wanted a knockoff I could buy one for much cheaper. Two things in the package, the controller and a dongle with no instructions. Be careful when you order from Walmart now via the app/site.

I didn’t like that the controller was obviously used with greasy fingerprints and skin and unknown debris …. I did like that they included some batteries even though they were not shrink wrapped like they should have been

Item was shipped in a shipping bag instead of a box. The product packaging is all smashed up. This item is a gift for my son, it took so long to arrive that I no longer have time to exchange it for an undamaged item.

Whoever was in charge of handling was an absolute joke and needs to handle electronics better. My packaging was smashed and tore open. If it was anything else I wouldn't care. But I would never handle any electronic of anyone's with that care.
