This is my first Xbox brand headset and im actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of this headset. Its very sturdy and not flimsy at all, Sound is very loud and crisp. It is easy to use and charges fast and needless to say i am very happy with this product definitely recommend

Bought this at a discount and I am pleased with it. It feels like a high quality headset and I really like how you can turn the sides of the ear cups to adjust the volume. I've had better sounding headsets in the past, but as I get older, my competitive days are gone this is a good headset for casual gaming. Good bang for your buck if you're looking for a wireless headset.

For the price it's ok nice sounds but offers EQ AND BETTER SOUND at $$$ app from the time I used it volume turn dial stop working and had to hard reset … from what I found it's a known issue other then that if you want wireless it's “ ok “ but if that not a issue go wired

For something that cost $117 165 including delivery a charger found have been included in this I had to go out and sped another $20 for a charger for if so I spent $185 in Total never bought anything before in life life that did not have a charger for it could have at least specified that there was no charger included

This new generation of the Xbox headset is terrible. I had the first gen, absolutely no issues. The plastic that held one side broke after a few years of abuse, so I ordered a new headset. The audio is terrible, half the time it just sounds like static, especially in a party. The buttons are clunky, the dials on the sides sound like sandpaper, and something is entirely wrong with the audio setup on these. I put the same settings on this headset as I had on my old headset, and I can hear myself through my mic regardless of mic monitoring, or game vs chat balance. Overall, whatever they did to make them cheaper is their downfall.

It's not that good the audio is pretty nice but nothing you can't get for a cheaper headset. The mic quality is bad informed by people I play with or Xbox parties. And the audio in game doesn't feel right it sounds like it's echo nonstop and you can't even tell what direction it's coming from

doing a return,volume was so low even after tweaking eq I just ended up using my tv for sound over the headset.a shame cause I really wanted to like this product
