Controller worked fine out of the box and the colors are perfect. The grips are very ergonomical, and the buttons and triggers feel good. No drifting after months of use. Would recommend.

SELLING USED PRODUCT AS NEW
Beware - seller is selling used products as new items and not declaring their used or opened status. This controller was package and sold as new however it is used and the warranty has already been registered. The warranty for this product expired in 2024.

Terrible packaging
I would never purchase from this company again. They sent a box that was ripped and taped back. Was in a plastic bag, not even wrapped to protect it. Very disappointed.

Nothing but a headache.
Bought this to use with my steam deck. It would not connect no matter how much I tried. I found solutions online that require you to get the Xbox Accessories app on your PC to update the controller, but spent over an hour trying to get the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app to work, just for it to tell me it isn't compatible with my version Windows (even though it says Windows 10 is supported, which is what I have). If you are looking for a controller that works not only on its own console but also with steam deck, I recommend literally ANYTHING else. Xbox 360/One, Switch Pro, PS4/5, etc.

This vendor is one that sells stuff through walmart online which is fine I've bought lots of thing's from vendors on here. this was a Christmas present for my daughter. When it arrived its not in any orginal packaging at all. It was just a remote with scotch tape on the buttons wrapped in plastic bubble wrap with a note that said please dont return this to Wal-Mart please contact us directly, which was weird cause I've never seen a hand written note in a box. I went on Wal-Mart %26 was able to return it %26 even the return ladies thought the whole thing was weird, plus it looked used. Maybe they didnt want me to take ot back to Wal-Mart cause than Walmart would know what a shady product they are selling for full price ($70) %26 saying its a new remote from xbox. Dont buy from this company

No delivery and no refund
I didn't receive the controller , and Walmart is denying a refund—even though the shipping photo shows a door that is completely different from mine.

Bought new but got it used
This one feels used… I bought a brand new one and as brand new controller that I’ve ever bought has stiff joy sticks as they should and this one definitely does not. Most Likely returning it
