Beware - seller is selling used products as new items and not declaring their used or opened status. This controller was package and sold as new however it is used and the warranty has already been registered. The warranty for this product expired in 2024.

I would never purchase from this company again. They sent a box that was ripped and taped back. Was in a plastic bag, not even wrapped to protect it. Very disappointed.

Bought this to use with my steam deck. It would not connect no matter how much I tried. I found solutions online that require you to get the Xbox Accessories app on your PC to update the controller, but spent over an hour trying to get the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app to work, just for it to tell me it isn't compatible with my version Windows (even though it says Windows 10 is supported, which is what I have). If you are looking for a controller that works not only on its own console but also with steam deck, I recommend literally ANYTHING else. Xbox 360/One, Switch Pro, PS4/5, etc.
