Amazing
Came on time with a game pass card as well. Very nice light controller feels amazing I like that they added the grips. But if you use a battery pack the back wont fit on it.

Box came damaged in a bag
I expect better from a multi billion dollar company like Walmart. This is a new controller for the newest generation xbox and it came in a plastic bag that USPS left at the mailbox. It's lucky I was home or anyone could have taken it. I would have been very angry because it was a birthday gift. I also bought the 3 year warranty for electrical damage but with the way it came I'm surprised it works.

Poor Shipment from Seller
Okay this was an headache from both sides walmart was so nonchalant about the situation. I order this item which was supposed to be delivered by FedEx, happened to be delivered on that day, i wondered why and upset, this puts things on hold and comes with an reajustment of ones life scheduling. So i look into it come to find out it requires an signature?? why dose it require an signature when i didnt choose to have an signature. so FedEx left an note saying they will deliver it tomorrow. Tomorrow comes i get it the package open it. and realize why they wanted to require an signature. The box was damaged so bad! and for this type of item im to be handle like this then shipped like this im highly upset!

3rd attempt, received opened and used controller
3rd attempt to order. First shipped an empty envelope. This was a direct order from Walmart for delivery from store. Sent via shipping a day later instead. Item arrived 3 days late. Box was damaged and closed with scotch tape over a broken seal. Batteries were missing and obvious wear with green marks on the side of the controller. Went back to the store to exchange, but Walmart does NO EXCHANGES! Wasn't worth sending back a 3rd time and waiting weeks again. I'll update if Walmart wants to make this mess right.

Broken Controller
Package showed up damaged. The controller Left Trigger was defective causing it to be "pressed" constantly without me pressing it. Effectively hurting gameplay a lot. I will never purchase online from Walmart again!

Worst delivery ever
Controller is perfect this review is about wal mart delivery!!! Insanely terrible 1st they leave my package at the wrong address. 2nd they didnt even put my controller in a box!!! The controller was exposed and anyone could have snatched it!!! Worst experience with any retail delivery
