XBOX Series S - All Digital Gaming Console - 1TB SSD - Includes XBOX Wireless Controller - 120FPS - Robot White

I've been happy with Walmart's online pickup service. I ordered xbox gaming console as a gift for my husband. I was happy with the delivery to my car. I was excited to get this bring it home and wrap it. I hope he will be entertained playing the game I purchased for him separately. I rated this item five stars.Thank you.

I think we bought this as new, but we definitely got a refurbished console, and walmart had ZERO customer service when it came to this fact, because we had opened the box (hard to know its been used unless you open the box!) so that was disappointing but it works as it should.

Picked up my sister's game console curbside. When it was delivered the box had multiple dents and punctures.

I bought this early in anticipation of a Christmas present for my kids. I purchased it during their big sale competing with Prime Day for their sale price. They apparently don't vet their 3rd party sellers very well because all I got was a sheet of paper saying thank you for shopping with us. Total scam. When I reported this to Walmart they told me they would refund my purchase and I was to call them back since the new purchase was not at the sale price anymore and they would credit me the difference. When I called back after buying it again they would not honor their word and would not give me the promised refund. So beware if you buy from Walmart and it is coming from a 3rd party. And don't trust that customer service will honor their word.

Do not buy this Xbox from this seller. I wish I had paid more attention when ordering that it was a third party seller. Xbox is brand new and when starting up, it went straight into trouble shooting mode. Walmart support was excellent. Returned to the store and a refund was issued. Will just buy directly from the store.

Console Received non-functional, won't boot up or initialize. Poor packing. Item was shipped in a plastic bag with "no" padding/packing material at all.

Not working right out of the box! Poor quality, HDMI plug coming apart. Not sure if it was a return item that was resold, assuming based upon the condition that it was in. HDMI connection kept disconnecting.

I never received my game console, the sparks delivery game brought items upstairs took a picture and took the items. He was approached by my mother and sister and told the he did not speak English nor was he making a delivery

Ordered it online through a payment plan thy canceled the payment plan and charge me full price on my bank account gave me overdraft $533 took me two tries to do a return with them only got $491 back didn't realize they charged a %10 tip which was $42 to deliver one item. you don't get that refunded back the lady at the service desk was rude to the people bringing it back.
