Never recieved, checked my email even the spam mail and my walmart account and nothing. you cant get a refund or return it and cant request a code resend.

the digital card numbers did not work (3 people tried). when I let Walmart know, they said "no refund." I lost almost $45 and had a very upset child. Digital cards are not the way to go. Get physical card whenever possible.

Bait and switch?
We ordered the 3 month Ultimate game-pass and we received premium instead. Contacted customer service to find out what the heck. Was promised a refund in approximately 10 business days. We will see. I'm hopeful.

Great service- new raised price!
Game Pass is a great service and a lot of gamers that have PC are unlikely to be without it but the recent price hike( as in by double) is a bit ridiculous.
