Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller - Arctic Camo

I like shopping with Walmart get delivered to you quick

The product was exactly the same quality I expected, and matched other controllers I have purchased. The color was in stock, compared to out of stock at other retailers.

Great controller, but arrived in a nasty box with some coffee spilled on it and the box looks like stored in an old shed for 30 years. Luckily I bought it for me and not as a gift for somebody else. Cannot recommend this seller.

This is a gift, and I didn't take the item out of the Walmart delivery bag until I decided to wrap it. I will wrap it still, but if it's broken, I'll be returning it.

Already had stick drift when I received it. Probably not brand new

The Xbox Controller box is damaged on all four sides. To give this a Christmas gifts looks bad. No idea if the controller itself is damaged. Please take better steps in packaging.

never received this with my order

I wish I could give this a zero. I give this a one star because I don't have it. I ordered one at a sale price, but Walmart canceled the order AFTER I paid for it. I thought that it was out of stock, but no...still there $20 higher. Why would they not honor the price they advertised? So yah, I wish I could give this a zero.

First my daughter ordered two controllers on her account, arctic camo and yellow. She had it shipped but store said out for delivery and then delayed. We waited until midnight for the driver. Didn't show up next 2 days. So I reordered on my account. First one of mine showed up from store in two days and second showed two days later just in time for Christmas. Her's still didn't show so canceled her order. These were Christmas gifts for her twins. Boys were happy then first day they use the arctic camo, one of the buttons didn't work. But the price had gone up $15-20 since I bought it. Returned this one to Walmart (they only had one clerk in customer service so there was a wait being after Christmas) and ordered the replacement from the manufacturer which was only 99¢ more than what I originally paid. Please dont leave people hanging with their order at the holidays. If I hadn't reordered, the kids wouldn't have gotten them in time for Christmas. And if the original order was shipped like it was supposed to be intended, maybe it would have showed up instead of tying up our payments.

We ordered two controllers at the same time and both controllers broke within a month. Two separate kids each using a different controller and they both began malfunctioning the same week. Walmart won’t return them because we don’t have the original box. Don’t waist your money.
