Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, Shock Blue

I was in need of a new controller and found that it was on sale at Walmart so I ordered online to pick up. Pick up was fast they were out with my purchase in less than a minute. Controller works great and I love the color.

I usually avoid third party purchases om Wal Mart due to past issues. I had zero issues with this vendor. The item was shipped promptly and was the exact item I was expecting. I would gladly order from this vendor again. Very satisfied.

I purchased these for my youngest son who had a broken controller, so I bought him 2. He loves them and they're perfect for his system.

I'm only rating it 4 stars since the delivery emails came quite late. The product itself is fine, but I got the package a whole day before my email notified me that my delivery arrived.

Right out the box, the "A" button was sticking. Loved the look of it. So I took it back and bought the Pulse Red Controller.

I didn't like that my box can very damaged . And it messed the controller up a little for the price I paid and it still came damaged

Boxes were destroyed or thrown

I bought one exactly like this Xbox one blue shock color, had to return that due to it malfunctioning and not working properly as in the buttons wouldn’t register or stick and anything else that cost with it. Returned only to b given the same color again but new and having same issue. Also have had 2 of ur rechargeable batteries the type C ones for the blue shock controller only for them in less than a month not hold a charge what so ever! Same length of time as the controllers!!!!! I want to speak To someone from Microsoft about this. That’s a lot of money to be out in just a month and a few days
