These are very helpful for sleep. The downside is that they are all stuck together. Previous in store purchases did not have this issue. Ordering product shipped from Florida in summer is perhaps not a good idea.

For the most part, I really like the Sleep Gummies. They tend to help me get to sleep within an hour. Sometimes they don't work at all, but that's probably something going on with me and not the product.

Description doesn't share that the product contains MELATONIN. Purchased for price per gummy, an exciting new flavor and the fact that the word SLEEP is on it. I'm going back to the same brand in another flavor that say CALM on bottle front. CALM contains more magnesium than SLEEP %26 also has NO MELATONIN.

I liked the old formula better. This one has more sugar. Why? Sometimes they work, other times they don't.

I was hoping for a better nights sleep. I've been using for a month and see no noticeable improvement. It does help my legs settle down at night though. I hope it might works betters for others. I've also used the powder in the past but it irritates my stomach.

I agree with the reviews that say these are tough to chew, but they did work for me and one of my kids. My husband tried them and they had the opposite effect on him and he was awake all night. I think they are worth a shot, but just be aware that they take some getting used to.

Stay away! Do not buy. They taste awful. The texture is super weird and I had some of the worse sleep I've ever had while taking these. They do not work at all and possibly make regular sleep tougher to start and worse during. Do not waste your money on this absolutely terrible product.
