This product works for me. Takes about 5-10 minutes before I start to feel sleepy. It does not make me feel groggy in the morning. It always helps me fall asleep. Sometimes I sleep through for 6 hours, which is great for me. Most times I can go back to sleep easily, which I was unable to do before.

I originally bought these gummy's for my autistic son and when he told me how much they helped him relax, I decided to try them myself! I'm happy to say, they have helped me fall asleep and stay asleep! When I awake in the morning I feel very rested! I highly recommend giving them a try!

I have been using Calm for about 5 months. I use only one gummy instead of the recommended two. Sleep comes about twenty minutes after taking and I wake up without a drowsy feeling six to seven hours later. I am in my mid sixties and I feel safe taking this in case I do have to get up unexpectedly during the early morning hours.

For the most part, I really like the Sleep Gummies. They tend to help me get to sleep within an hour. Sometimes they don't work at all, but that's probably something going on with me and not the product.

These are very helpful for sleep. The downside is that they are all stuck together. Previous in store purchases did not have this issue. Ordering product shipped from Florida in summer is perhaps not a good idea.

I liked the old formula better. This one has more sugar. Why? Sometimes they work, other times they don't.

I was hoping for a better nights sleep. I've been using for a month and see no noticeable improvement. It does help my legs settle down at night though. I hope it might works betters for others. I've also used the powder in the past but it irritates my stomach.

I agree with the reviews that say these are tough to chew, but they did work for me and one of my kids. My husband tried them and they had the opposite effect on him and he was awake all night. I think they are worth a shot, but just be aware that they take some getting used to.

I took the recommended 2 gummies last night. After an hour I was extremely dizzy and throwing up. I still feel sick to the stomach today. I have had melatonin and magnesium before and never had that reaction. Do not recommend.
