These work great! Not a fan of the texture so I switched to capsules

I originally bought these gummy's for my autistic son and when he told me how much they helped him relax, I decided to try them myself! I'm happy to say, they have helped me fall asleep and stay asleep! When I awake in the morning I feel very rested! I highly recommend giving them a try!

This product works for me. Takes about 5-10 minutes before I start to feel sleepy. It does not make me feel groggy in the morning. It always helps me fall asleep. Sometimes I sleep through for 6 hours, which is great for me. Most times I can go back to sleep easily, which I was unable to do before.

These are very helpful for sleep. The downside is that they are all stuck together. Previous in store purchases did not have this issue. Ordering product shipped from Florida in summer is perhaps not a good idea.

For the most part, I really like the Sleep Gummies. They tend to help me get to sleep within an hour. Sometimes they don't work at all, but that's probably something going on with me and not the product.

This product definitely helps me fall asleep but it does take maybe 30 to 60 minutes to actually work. It does not make you tired like a sleeping pill it just helps you fall asleep. I am able to wake up throughout the night and it does take a few minutes to fall back to sleep, but faster than not having taken it.

I liked the old formula better. This one has more sugar. Why? Sometimes they work, other times they don't.

I was hoping for a better nights sleep. I've been using for a month and see no noticeable improvement. It does help my legs settle down at night though. I hope it might works betters for others. I've also used the powder in the past but it irritates my stomach.

Tastes like plastic barely any magnesium in it

I took the recommended 2 gummies last night. After an hour I was extremely dizzy and throwing up. I still feel sick to the stomach today. I have had melatonin and magnesium before and never had that reaction. Do not recommend.
