These gummies are very effective! They do what one expects a melatonin supplement to do, quickly and with no bother to the stomach. They are not over-sweet, only mildly, as a real berry would be and they are very easy to chew and swallow. They deserve a place in everybody's medicine/vitamin stores for dependability, safety and good flavor.

I am a repeat buyer of this brand. It definitely helps with sleep and I like the fact that it has an herbal mix along with melatonin. taste is fine though they are a bit chewy and difficult to break down. but they have helped greatly so the textural issues are minor

I have trouble falling asleep every night. So I've bought melatonin for about a year now and I was using the Natrol brand melatonin 10mg gummies until I ran out and there was none at the store. So I had to get this brand instead. I like this brand better. They seem to work better and I fall asleep faster with these and don't have to take as many. Yes this brand cost more than Natrol, but it's less than a $1 more for better sleep to me. I recommend buying these if you have trouble falling asleep.

I bought these originally for my dogs to help get them through the New Year celebrations in my area. They thought they were treats and enjoyed them very much. These gummies contain maltitol, which is safe for dogs; unlike xylitol, which can be fatal for dogs. I have been using them now to get to sleep, which can be hard sometimes. I would definitely recommend these.

I gave this product a 2, because it does actually work. But the gummies are very hard to chew up. They are like rubber. No matter how much you chew on them, you can't break them down. I basically end up swallowing them whole. They definitely need to work on that. Make them easier to chew up.

This is a warning to other people! These gummies are only 5mg each. The label is very misleading! I was in a rush shopping and I saw 10mg and just bought it. Then I read it at home and realized it’s PER SERVING. The serving size is two gummies so that is two 5mg gummies. It’s my mistake because I should’ve read the label more closely but this is very misleading and I just want to warn others. It’s priced more expensive for no reason. In the future, I’m skipping this entirely and will just buy a bottle of 5mg gummies.
