The Sharper Image Calming Heat neck wrap has been a godsend these last few weeks! The heat and massage levels have been perfect for me! You get the scarf which is easy to wrap and then secure via a built in fabric loop, which places the controls right up front. The included USB-A cable is more than long enough to reach even a wall based USB port on a wall socket. You have three settings for both heat and massage to get that perfect combination! If I had any suggestions for improvement it would be the addition of a USB-C cable or dongle to allow for a more modern power option!

I love it! The cord is nice and long. If there is enough warmth and heat threw the cord is nice and long. If there is enough warmth and heat through this device this device. The big plus is I don't have to heat up my whole house. I can just throw this on around my neck, plug it in and chill.!!

I actually thought it came with a power pack so you can use it without the usb cord but it doesn't. This overall works as it says it does. I can appreciate the vibrations and the heat on my neck but I may still invest in the ones that have more intensity massage mechanisms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Calming Heat Neck Wrap is a nice design that will easily lay on any part of your body that is experiencing aches and pains. Instant gratification is felt when this wrap is applied to my sore neck. The weighted clay beads seem to hold the heat fairly steady and the weight also adds a sigh of relief when applied. The wrap comes with quite a long chord which allows for movement and comfort when the plug is located a bit far. One limitation with this wrap is that it must be plugged in to use. It would be nice if it had a rechargeable function to allow for movement without being tied to a wall plug. Otherwise, a great wrap for comfort of those achy bones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck wrap is comfortable when worn on my neck. There are three settings of both heat and massage. You can switch them over really quick with just a click. Plug the neckwrap in and it works automatically, no charging needed. The noise of the vibrating sound works accordingly with the low, medium and high setting. The higher it's on the louder it is. The vibrating is more like a buzzing and doesn't move around too much. But it still benefits more than if I used nothing. The heat helps me the most. I wake up with a sore neck a lot and I just put this on for a few minutes and it's almost gone. The wrap goes around my neck with the fold over in the front. Nothing to hold it in place but it still stays there if you lay still.

Small item .. heat from only one small area . Didn't cover my neck and shoulders . Extremely overpriced for a tiny heating pad .

The heat was nice when it worked after I first received it. But not even a month later, there is no heat even though the heat shows that it is on high. The vibration is so annoying and not comfortable- wouldn't want it close to my face/ears.
