A Must Have.
I suffer with chronic pain and muscle fatigue from running and could not be without this in my cupboard.The oil is easy to warm up and has a really nice smell (I think) but the most important thing is the relief it provides from aches and pains. Put it on in the evening and leave it on overnight and by the morning my legs feel like new again (which says a lot given the damage they have!).Would recommend to anyone with chronic pain, neurological pain or who trains regularly.

Brilliant after activity
We use this after golfing, skiing, dancing - works a treat to relieve muscle aches and then wake up refreshed the next day and ready for more activity! Beautiful texture and fragrance too. #weledafavourite

Asset for any athlete
Weleda's Arnica Oil compares well to other brands I have tried. The glass bottle is a little inconvenient for travel, but the quality of the oil is good. It is a reasonably light oil that absorbs quite easily into the skin, leaving only a moderately sticky surface. Arnica Massage Oil is an essential element in any athlete's sports bag and is great for use during warm-ups or cool-downs. I have shopped around and found Swanson offered the best price for this product - definitely good value for money.
