Calphalon Premier Stainless Steel Cookware Set, 11-Piece Set

What a great set. Was looking to replace all my nonstick cookware for stainless steel which is nontoxic. I spent an hour watching TikTok videos on how to cook with stainless. That and confidence in the kitchen is all you need. First meal was mexican red rice and breaded chicken milanesa. Perfect cook and no sticking at all. Made fried eggs, also no sticking. Love that this is allclad as opposed to having a separate plate that is attached at the bottom. Nice and heavy. Cleaning while still hot made it so easy. So glad i upgraded to this set and never looking back to non stick. Good stainless will last you a lifetime, it'll be nice to not have to keep replacing cookwear.

These pans are fantastic, they are solid, well made, and heat very evenly. They are better than non-stick if you understand how to heat them gradually before adding fat. Very happy with this purchase.

Great so far, it is a learning curve going from non stick to stainless but we still like the pans. We are just happy to not consuming all the chemicals that come with non stick options.

The stainless steel pans are very well made. However, if switching from the traditional non-stick you will need a little adjustment because you will need to cook a little different. Awesome product and our second set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this set because I wanted something that will last long and Is quality. I did have to contact for a replacement after two weeks use of the 12 inch pan because somehow it warped or came in warped and was not heating evenly. But their customer service was incredible

We upgraded to the stainless mainly because I was sick of teflon. However, getting used to cooking in them has been very disappointing. I am still learning. Eggs scorch and stick to the pans and pretty much everything else too. I have tried butter and various oils and sprays. Same thing every time. Even at various temperatures. I wish I knew how to cook in these pans. Ugh, frustrating.

Despite using oil while cooking, my food consistently sticks to the pan and burns. I'm not sure what might be causing this issue.

I followed all the steps on how to cook with Stainless Steel. Everything sticks to them and they turn brown and you can't get them clean. The pictures are after cooking bacon one time!

everything sticks no matter what you do and when you clean it has white spots in the pan
