Calphalon Premier Stainless Steel Cookware, 10-Inch Fry Pan

Wonderful fry pan, I like the shape and the sturdiness of this pan. I originally bought a 12" pan in this same series, and liked it so much that I bought the 10 inch fry pan, now I have my sights set on the 8" fry pan, I like them so much! It is an easy clean up pan. No matter what I cook in it I can swish it out with the scrubby of my choice and it is good to go again. Even though you can put these pans in the dishwasher I don't recommend it. These pans have a lovely finish that can be damaged over time with the high heat of a dishwasher, like knives that I want to keep sharp. It is so easy to wash these things by hand, that it isn't a problem.

This was a replacement pan to an entire set my daughter had just purchased so I am not the current owner and cannot provide a review. I accidentally sprayed PAM in her pan and cooked something on moderate to high heat on gas burner. The yellowish film would not come off using your recommended cleaners for stainless steel. I felt obligated to buy this replacement for her set.

A great pan! The perfect addition to any kitchen set. It heats up quickly and the heat is spread throughout the pan. I was a little worried the pan would be small however, due to deep sides, it can handle a nice volume of food, liquid and sauces. It is easy to clean also and can be hand washed or put in the dishwasher.

I really like this pan! It does take some getting used to—especially if you're switching from non-stick—but once you figure out how to cook with it properly, it works beautifully. It heats evenly, feels solid, and I've been really happy with the results. Overall, I love it.

This is such a great pan! If it burns or sticks its user error no offense. Just get it hot on medium to medium hot heat, and then add you fat to keep things from sticking, and let the food cook and separate on its on.

I burned up my Signature 10 frying pan, so I have been looking for a replacement. Saw this on sale and gave it a try. The weight is similar and though it doesn't have the Signature markings, it is close enough so it looks like the same set.

I was excited to learn how to cook in a stainless steel fry pan as well as care for it. Turns out that it was easier than I thought, I love its looks. It is makes my food taste great.

Excellent product…..I paid $39.00 for this skillet and it cooks better and more evenly than my Wolfgang Puck skillet. Which cost a whole lot more. It was worth it. And the reason I chose stainless steel Calphalon is because I purchased a cook pot from the same name brand. It’s heating ability is superior too.

Best cookware I've ever used.

Although it is not a non-stick pan one can make it nearly nonstick by first heating whatever shortening one is going to use in the pan and then adding whatever is to be fried. That seems to work best when the item you are frying is not very cold. I had good luck cooking crepes using butter as a shortening.
