I needed brand new knives, this set has been great! I was reading reviews and I just want to say that the block itself, isn't as large as what it is made to seem. Second, these are hand wash only, I like having nice things, I take care of my stuff, I am not wealthy by any means, so when I buy something that's a bit expensive, why would I want to ruin it, by going against the manufacturer's advice to handwash Only? I also appreciate the fact that there is a built in sharpener for the non serrated knives, I dont have to worry about dull knives that i have to sharpen anymore. My son is going to be a chef when he grows up, that's another reason why i purchased these, he's learning how to chop, dice, slice, peel, and cut, sharp knives are essential for this, a dull knife is an unsafe knife. I also purchased these as a birthday present for myself, I'm one happy customer! I can't wait to use my full set just in time for Christmas!

This knife set is amazing. I gave it to a friend for a wedding present and they are still using it. She said it's her favorite set of knives. They are pretty and durable.

The scissors are heavy duty and great quality as well!! The steak knives are just....ugh....they cut like butta!! The entire household id in love with these knives!

I am really loving it by far the best knife set I've ever owned. It was a wonderful addition to my kitchen. Will diffantly purchase more items from this brand.

The are beautifully crafted and the part where the knifes go in and they are sharpened everytime pulled out and put back in. Hand washed only no dishwasher hand dry after usage to prevent rust. Love love love them all 12.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied. I have now used each knife in the set. All are very sharp and easy to maneuver. Will cut through tough meat and can go right back to thin vegetables. I am hopeful to have these around along time.
