You have to take 2 a day, separated i think they make you tired so I haven't hacked when to take my 1st dose but I like them theve kept my teeth from brakeing

Why the color change? They look like my multivitamin in color now. I take my supplements for continued good health. My only problem is the new purplish color.

I don't know if it is a good product or not because it was a expired product. Let me explain better. It wasn't expired at the time of purchase, but it was close to being expired in a couple of months and I was still going to be taking it. So I returned it.

Received easy late %26 expiration date is April. It's already March. Walmart made things fair %26 right by refund for me.
