Camco 42149 - Refrigerator Insect Screen

Perfect fit for domestic refrigerator. Had to use larger cable ties because small ones that came with the screens just did not work. Very happy with them though.

I was told by the RV mechanic that the camco screens will not interfere with the air vent flow, it fit well, and installed easily, however it would have been nice it they included 3 more small zip ties. Using 3 zip ties on each screen secured it very well.

The Camco screens do work, and the install was simple. However I recommend buying a bag of zip ties because the ones they provide you are not nearly enough to properly get the tight seal needed . once installed they are invisible. thanks gary

Must have for new Trailer....ez to install and i am looking forward to years of trouble free fun in the trailer due to the screens keeping out the bugs...

These were very easy to install and look great...

The metal screens were very thick and sturdy! Only six zip ties came with the product but I used 18 to make sure the product stayed flush against the RV refrigerator cover. Luckily I had the same exact size zip ties at home. The screens came with curved corners but I need a 90° angle. The curved corners caused there to be unscreened areas on each end where wasps can get in. Now I need to figure out what to do about this issue. Also I had to cut 1/8” off the end and did not have the proper tool. Be sure to have metal snips because the metal strip holding the screen is pretty thick.

Product should do the job to keep insects out. Only came with 2 ties to attach dose not fit real tight. Going to add stainless wire to better connect. Pricey for no more than was there.

It does keep the insects out but it really needed more zip ties to hold it on. I read the reviews and invests in extra before I installed.

I had to trim the ends and round them off some with metal trim snips. Not much. After that, it was easy to install. Im guessing, one size doesn't fit all. Overall, i do recommend it to keep out the wasp and bugs.

Do not know why they can not make these to fit without you having to cut them with tin snips. Still not the best fit. They could have a better attachment system. They only give you 6 very small zip tie straps , two for each screen. I had some slightly larger ties on hand that still fit through the screen holes . I used five for each screen.
