We bought the fridge fan to help move the cool air around in our rv! I feel it has helped, but order the charcoal filter at the same time you order the fridge fan because it doesn't come with it!
Very happy with this quiet little fan that just sits and does its job wonderfully. Placed in the bottom of the RV fridge and the fridge gets cold in 1/2 the time it used to take. It also cuts down on the propane as we do much dry camping. The warmer the unit gets the more it has to turn on and pull propane from the tank. This unit is a win-win for everyone. A must have for RV'ers
This unit works great. The only thing that would be better if it had a on/off switch. When you put your unit in storage, you need to remove the batterys.
The RV Fridge would take over night to cool down. Our fist over night use, the Eggs Froze IN THE FRIDGE! For the fist time we no longer had to keep the Fridge on the coldest setting the entire camping trip. I read where these should be standard items in every RV or Travel Trailer. I agree they should be. If you spent the money for an RV or Travel Trailer you owe it to yourself to get this little gadget for less than 20 bucks.
Needed a fan to circulate air in our fridge on a boat. Did the job just fine. Wish we had found it sooner.
Before, in my small (14 cu ft), apt sized fridge, liquids on the bottom level would form ice while the top shelf temperature was 40 degrees. Now, with the fan on the bottom shelf, the temp stays even at 36 degrees on every shelf. 2 D sized batteries will run the fan for one month. Does what I need it to do!
Does a great job helping my RV fridge stay colder. Good investment.
I do not like this product although it works well. It does not have an on/off switch. When you are not using it you have to remove the batteries or else it will continue to run until then batteries run down.
Walmart sells a 5" fan - That works! This does not
Simple fact. NO on-off switch. You have to remove batteries to shut it down. Poor design.
