The regulator and hoses I purchased bolted right up to the old bracket. My trailer is nearly 40yrs old and they still fit. Walmart's price was the bet I could find out there. I know from time to time a person can find them on clearance once in a while but, when you need it now you want the best deal you can find. I found that deal at Walmart.
Once this regulator was installed, my appliances in the 5th wheel fired right up. Having 2 regulators fail in 6 months, I hope this will outlast my trailer. It auto switches to the full tank when 1 is empty which keeps the trailer functional, especially when on the road. Very fast delivery and great price.
I must say this was very easy to install and had a nice price tag.
This was recommended by my propane guy to replace the existing regulator which drew from both tanks. Works well. Easy to install.
Needed two propane tanks to heat small room. This keeps things running and allows me to refill without losing heat.
We have had one of these in service for 5 years with no issues. But every product can have a dud at some point. It's unfair to condemn the whole lot because of one defect.
The camco regulator works perfectly for my travel trailer, no issues so far.
The fittings were cast brass . And after they cracked they were very hard to remove , and i had to replace them with solid brass ones
Received in a package which had been previously opened. When I installed the regulator the output was so low it would not even run the pilot on my gas logs. I returned it and went to Tractor Supply and purchased Mr Heater F273766. Works great.
This is the second time I have bought this and both time leaked... don't buy
