The propane tank was new and had excellent paint; it was good quality and you won't always find that when you buy propane tanks. so this seller is legit.

Very competitive pricing for these new tanks. Propane storage lasts in definitely. It’s a superior fuel in many ways. These tanks are a convenient size for transporting and filling.

Like many others stated, one tank was defective. Both arrived in good condition, luckily the delivery driver didn't damage them as they were wrapped with a single sheet of very thin bubble wrap. Went to get them filled and only one tank was able to be filled. Luckily WalMarts return policy was easy though. Applied for a return and was able to drop off the tank at the Fedex inside the Walmart. New tank arrived a few days later and was able to fill it up.

Bought 2 of these tanks, one was good and was able to fill it up the other one has a bad valve and was not able to fill up. The place I took them to said that they were having problems with this brand of tank even with the ones they sell (same brand). So if you are having problems with the tank taking propane it is another tank will a bad valve.

The tank is shipped just like it looks. No Box or anything to protect it. Shipped by UPS and received next day. It's not the shippers fault. They delivered it how they received it. It looks like it rolled around a lot on conveyor belts and truck floors. Have not had it filled yet, hope the valve is okay. I realize that tanks will look aged over time, but not new from Walmart. In the pictures that I included, where the black marks are, the metal of the tank can be seen in places. Will need a paint job to prevent rust, since LP tanks live outside. If I didn't need this for the potential major ice storm that's forecast, I would return it.

Leaking. DANGEROUS! Received it a couple days ago. Started leaking as soon as we got it filled with propane today. Now we are stuck with a disaster! Propane leaking out and nothing we can do about it. Don’t recommend buying from this seller. Don’t recommend buying from Walmart. Total dangerous waste of the cost of the tank and a full tank of propane. 0 STARS

Propane tank was shipped with no packaging of any kind. Just the tank with a shipping label slapped on the side. It arrived with the paint all damaged and beat up. Looked like it had just been rolling around in the back of a truck for months. I ordered a new tank off Amazon, and it arrived in a box with bubble wrap in perfect condition. Also, the tank from Amazon had a sticker on the valve stating, "vacuum purged". The tank from Walmart had no sticker. The return instructions said take to nearest store. When I got to the store they refused to take it. Eventually a long phone call with customer service arranged for FEDEX porch pickup. What a massive hassle due to incompetent handling by Walmart.

1: The oversized box was delivered open and unsealed at the top, that is, not sealed with packaging tape. However, the outside of the box itself had no signs of damage. 2: The propane tank inside the box was unprotected and contained no packaging material, such as bubble wrap, peanuts, etc. 3: The propane tank was clearly damaged. The heavy metal frame is slotted for ease to pick up and carry the tank. More importantly, though, it serves to protect the device valve itself. 4: Upon delivery, there was no physical evidence of damage to the outside of the oversized box. I can only conclude that the propane tank was damaged before it was packaged and shipped. 5: I did order another tank to replace this one being returned. It also arrived in an oversized box, taped on the top and bottom, propane tank wrapped in a little bit of bubble wrap with no signs of damage. When I had it filled with propane, I told the owner of the store what had happened. He said that it was his opinion that due to the condition of the other tank, no one he knows in the industry would have filled such an unsafe propane tank.

The first tank came severely damaged. It was an extreme pain to return as Fedex was rightfully hesitant to ship an unpackaged propane tank. The replacement tank had a faulty valve that wouldn't allow it to be filled. The return to a Walmart was much easier. I tried to purchase the same brand of tank from a propane dealer and it too had a faulty valve. Flameking seems to have some quality control issues.

NOT PACKAGED CORRECTLY - DO NOT BUY - NOT RECOMMENDED- The 7 gallin propane tank was packaged in a oversized cardboard box. I knew it because the propane tank wasn't that large. I thought to myself , this is a large corporation, I hope there is alot of packing material so this tank isn't damaged. when i opened the box and couldnt believe my eyes. none, at all. duh, of course its gonna have damage. I know because a cousin of mine used to work for FedEx and the employees throw the boxes around and once delivered, its not my problem attitude. I have mailed things via USPS and a 2 year old could have done a better job. The workers are underpaid and if Walmart took care if the employees there would be no union and the workers would care about there jobs and take pride in doing something right the 1st and not making it difficult on customer. I want a new one as a replacenent sent to my apartment, packaged properly. The shipment is still on my Front Porch identically where they delivered it to. I am in the middle if a mental health crisis and don't need the extra stress and no it won't fit in my car because I have a 2014 Mystang
