The item is just what I was looking for. It is very helpful in knowing the level of propane in the tank.

Looking at other gauges this one tells you the different levels of propane corresponding with the outdoor temperature. This feature is a plus.

This gauge works great. No more not knowing when the tank is close to empty. East to install. No leaks.

Great purchase
This item works great, we camp frequently and were never quite sure of our propane level. More than once we were without and trying to locate a dealer. With this purchase we know exactly how much we have.

takes out the guess work
This gauge works good . Now that I have used this gauge for 4 months . I can rate it . I gave it 4 stars because when the propane tank get towards the yellow zone the tank is pretty well on fumes . My barbeque had a flame , but wasn't getting hot . I keep an extra tank , so I changed out my tank .

A big stretch to call it a leak detector.
Does not actually detect leaks. You have to keep checking the gauge to see if gas is getting lower when not in use.
