Suction cup hook
This item is great! When I first tried to get it stuck on my bathroom tile wall I had trouble getting the suction cup to stay so I googled it to figure it out, but I got it and it worked out perfectly.

One of the holders was missing the ratchet knob to activate the suction cup. It was not in the package so it was missing before it was shipped. Without the knob it is useless. The other holder works fine.

Unusable
It gets 3 stars because i did receive it, but gets docked those 2 stars because it didn't arrive with the knob attached so it's unusable. The packaging is not enclosed and there's nothing to keep the knob with the hook.

Depends on what kind of wall you are using and how much moisture is in your bathroom. We tried to use these on tiled walls and they would last at most a day before they would fall. The suction just isn't strong enough for our big bath towels I guess. Our towels would always be on the floor in the morning. Durability….? Well one of the suction cups tends to get stuck in the device and we have to screw around with it. Instructions are easy, it's just not strong enough for my household.

RV Fail
The idea and design is great and worked for me well on the exterior of my RV for exactly 1 day. Then the cheap internal components came apart completely and the suction cup is detached with no way to reattach. I want this to be better and useful again but with the broken retaining collar, not a chance!
