Extremely good chair for the beach if you want to avoid the sun! The side panels protect the arms but enable visibility to the left and right. Great replacement for my previous canopied chair which finally rusted from salt water exposure.

I think it will keep the sun off the wife!

The seat is very comfortable, the back is high enough to use as a headrest. It's easy to carry and the sun shade features work well. I have the dark navy blue, but the light gray would be cooler in the sun, especially on the back of the seat.

Have not used the chair yet. Appears to be adequate and provide ample shade with all the shelter devices. Will let you know when I finish setting it up and using it at the beach or campsite.

it has all the covering i wanted. I havent used it yet. its very big and bulky. I couldn't figure how to unravel, but a friend helped. i didn't want to bother it to go to pool, but i think once I get it figured out, it wont be so bad.

I really wanted to love this and if you are very strong you may love it. It was so hard to put together. You open it up and that's fine, and then you bring the top over and that's fine, but when you have to click it in, that's not fine. It's really hard to click into place and even harder to disassemble. It could've been wonderful. Additionally, if you're facing the afternoon sun it gives no shade at all. Because it's so hard to click into place I can see that it could easily break. And once it snaps, it's ruined. What a shame.

It was great at first, but I only used it once. The second time I took it out, the canopy had bent itself into an unusable shape. This was strange since there had not been any wind or stress applied to the chair that should have caused it to bend at all. The one day that I had used it had been a calm day with no wind. I'm so disappointed that I spent a lot of money and enjoyed it so much the first day, only to find that it's total junk.

Chair broke on 3rd day, fan barely forces any air, If the construction was stronger and the fan had more than one speed it would be better. It also doesn't come with power for the fan
