great sleeping bag at a great price point. Live in MT and do a lot of tent camping in the summer. I bought this for my son he is 5'10 and it was a good length for him. Would need something a lot more heavy duty if camping in the spring or fall but this works great for temps above 35 at night.

I really like this sleeping bag. It's nice and thick. It really kept me warm and toasty. Definitely worth the price. The zipper is a tad complicated at first but just join both zippers then push through the other part.

Cute stickers !

A very nice warm quilt kept us cozy in the cold ! If you buy the ones that can zip together I have not tried that function particularly but it is a little tricky to zipper by itself . Once you figure it out it is not so bad though . It kept us warm in our late fall camping trip in a tend up in the north east so it does its job well.

Great bag!

Anonymous February 22, 2026

Good quality for the price. I paid $25 for this bag and I think that's definitely worth it. The first night using this bag it snowed a bit and got down to 25F. I was a bit chilly but those temps are a bit lower than the bags rated for. I put an extra tarp over my tent to trap heat. Very nice bag.

A very strong value and a well-defined product

AspenArea August 5, 2020

My issue with the zipper is that it is what one would expect on an economy bag, but that perfectly reasonable condition means you have to be very careful with it because it tends to grab the bag and jam if you get careless. Nighttime in a chilly, dark tent is not necessarily a place for a needy zipper. That's not a killer problem, because if it was I'd spend the money and buy a bag with a zipper that was a bigger part of the value proposition. Notation more than complaint. I bought this bag - and its ten-dollar red cousin - to keep in my car. I do lots of Rockies driving, and sometimes spend the night in the car. Mostly when I choose to - but there have been times the choice wasn't mine. I plan to use the 50 or the 35 depending on what other things I have available in the cabin, and use the 50 as a liner in the 35 for when it gets colder. I have a high-end zero-degree bag that I carry on trips where it's appropriate. I have slept in both the 35 and the 50 on my bed in a Colorado bedroom - in lieu of traditional bedding - and didn't feel cramped and didn't get chilled. The room temperature was mid-sixties, and I didn't feel drafts. I am very pleased with the quality at the price. My compliments to the people in Alabama who made these things - very good work. I am not asking these to take me through an intense season outdoors. That's not what these are designed to handle. But bags for power outages? Heck yes. The price is low enough to toss them in the closet - out of the bag, if possible, to help maintain loft within the insulating material - and then pull them out after a storm, or to take with you on a road trip, etc. The 10 and the 15 dollar bags make a good addition to your car trunk - all year round. They'll work as a lawn blanket on reasonably dry turf, work at the beach on the sand in a pinch, unzip it into a blanket over your shoulders as you watch a socially-distanced soccer game in the spring. They are a very good value in my opinion.

Nice Product. Checkout process flawed.

Ken July 20, 2026

I like the overall quality of the sleeping bag, but the zipper was a bit problematic at first. Once I got it started, it appears to work okay. I'm not a big Walmart shopper so I was really happy to find this one at a good price AND made in the USA. Bottom line is this appears to be a good, comfortable sleeping bag and a good price. The overall experience would have gotten a higher rating if I didn't have to jump through hoops to buy it online. I absolutely do not like being unable to checkout as a guest. I don't need an account to buy in store and shouldn't be forced to create an account to buy online. That alone, will make me reluctant to purchase online from Walmart in the future.

5 stars if I wouldn't have to buy another one

Crystal February 20, 2026

It works well but it doesn't stay fully zipped if you move while you sleep or while getting comfy you'll wake up with it undone. After a while of using it the zipper is also starting to not attach. But for the price it's not bad it keeps me warm which is the main reason for buying. I use it to sleep in my truck and have been in 0 degree weather and it has done a good job

unusable. right of the bag. one zipper was off the track and one was seperated and nearly impossible to fix. they kept gettinf stuck and snagged on the fabric while trying to fix the zippers. returning and buying completely different sleeping bag, avoiding the brand all together.

Zipper breaks first 5 minutes of use?? Not happy.

nancy May 2, 2026

Zipper broke this very first night it was used. Really disappointed so will never purchase this brand again and I don't recommend based on zipper ...gosh sakes this was for a homeless person and means nothing if no zipper.
