Great camera! This thing is a workhorse indeed. Still trying to figure out the astro applications it has but the IBIS is phenomenal and the FPS is insane. I can handhold a 1200mm lens and get decent sharpness from this when combined with lens stabilization. It's amazing. I use this with Sigma lenses and they DID need a firmware update for things to work properly. You may notice a noise when the camera is off and it shakes, this is normal.. no worries. The build is solid and has plenty of accessories like the grip, which is expensive and probably a little over priced, but very useful. UHS II, V90 cards work best but V60 will be fine, it'll just slow your write speed down and will hinder your overall max number of frames when doing bursts. Anything less will not allow you to do what you expect of it.

For the past few years, I have been shooting with a Canon 80D, then 90D, both DSLR systems, and still love and use my 90D. This past February 2023, I decided to buy my first mirrorless camera, the R6 MK II (plus the RF 100-400mm, and EF-RF lens adaptor), and can't tell you enough how glad I am for acquiring that camera. I haven't even finished setting up the camera for wildlife shots yet, but already took some shots and OMG ... what an amazing camera it is!! I'm really 100% satisfied with this purchase and can recommend to anyone still undecided to go ahead and commit to that purchase. The R6 MK II is an absolute fantastic system. Thank you Canon!!

This camera has been my dream camera ever since I saw it. My first time shooting with it was with a gymnastics performance and I used it and oh my goodness, it was taking pictures like a dream. That's when I was really locked in that this was my next camera. Now that I have the camera, it is everything I've ever wanted and more. Every little thing is adjustable to the user and the quality and overall AI focus for the camera is a dream. At first the only reason I wasn't going to get this camera was because it was so expensive and as a college student I have to spend my money sparingly so figuring out if I wanted to actually buy this camera was a huge financial debate with myself. But as I use it more and see the quality with the shots I am getting I just fall in love with it more and more and realize that it really was worth it. This camera will live with me for a few years and is worth every penny.

Great refurbished camera. It looks brand new. I have had no issues with it and it's been easy to use.

Second time owning the R6 Mark II. Good camera, just the right amount of megapixels for me. Produces nice images with a proper lens.

After ordering this refurbished R6 MK II body, I instantly knew how much of an upgrade it was from the first gen R6. The accessibility features are next level. It did take using it a few time to adjust to some changes that were made from the first gen. If you're on the fence about upgrading or purchasing refurbished do it. You still get a quality product at a great price!

I bought this product with the hope of using it for my business. However, upon receipt of the product, I went online to register for the manufacturer's warranty. The product is not able to be used nor warranted as the product was not meant to be sold in the USA. Therefore, Canon will not warrant the product I purchased from Walmart, rendering the product useless for my needs in my business.

Trying to register this camera with Canon, and was it formed that this camera was not supposed to be sold in the United States and that Canon will not support it. Walmart was informed they agreed and contacted the seller. The salon will not take your return and Walmart sent me a label for a return That was blurry and FedEx couldn't read it. Walmart was informed and still hasn't sent me a decent return label.

I recently purchased what I thought was a standard Canon EOS R6 Mark II from Walmart.com at a price that was a couple hundred dollars lower than other retailers. What arrived was actually an international version of the camera NOT intended for sale in the USA and WITHOUT a Canon USA manufacturer's warranty. This crucial information was not clearly disclosed in the product listing. Had I known I was purchasing an international version without manufacturer warranty protection, I absolutely would not have bought this camera. While the camera itself functions, the lack of warranty means I have no protection if anything goes wrong. For an expensive piece of equipment like this, warranty coverage is essential. The slightly lower price is not worth the risk and hassle. Walmart.com should be more transparent about selling international versions of products. The minor savings are not worth losing the peace of mind that comes with a proper manufacturer's warranty. Very disappointed with this misleading experience.
