Everything arrived perfectly and exactly as advertised!! However, I didn't realize that the back pack organization was all velcro and you put it in yourself and the backpack has something of the side to hold onto the tripod. There's a lot of instruction books and pamphlets to guide setting up your camera. To register the camera on Canon, the serial number is on the camera itself. Came with filters, tripod, cleaning supplies, padded back pack, zoom lens, zitz tech high defintion telephoto lens, USB to transfer photos, a couple q-tips, two cleaning cloth and brush, two screen protectors, strap, and a huge light with its attachable stand to go on top of the camera.

the camera over all is a great camera, however the Tripod stand that came with it seems very cheap. All in considerations though the company was very nice and helpful when i contacted them about the Tripod arriving broken.

We couldn't get it to focus. Called cannon for help and we walked through all the steps and it still wasn't working. We were told to send it back. Brand new out the box. Never got a chance to use it.

I have no idea if the item is decent, because I never received it. Walmart and the original seller have been no help with a replacement or a refund. What a joke! I can't even review the seller because every time I do, I get an error message.

This item never was delivered. It said the item was delivered and nothing. I contacted both Walmart and the seller. This occurred since Oct27th. Today's date is Dec 12th. I'm still fighting for my $500. Both Walmart and the seller has failed this customer in providing support with this issue. At this point I was instructed by Walmart to contact my bank and dispute the charge.

I ordered this camera through the Walmart website, was shipped from Jumbo Buys. I returned this camera (still wrapped in the shipping box) to a Walmart store in August. I never received a refund, never received any communication about why I wasn't refunded and no one at Walmart can tell me why they didn't refund my money. I've contacted Jumbo Buys as well but received no response. It would be my advice to never buy anything from Walmart's website. This has been a nightmare trying to get my $500 back. I have spent hours on the phone, in Walmart stores, online trying to get my money back. I am not extremely frustrated by this whole situation.

I did not have a chance to use this product as the serial number was not valid on the Canon web site. I could not register the product as it stated that the serial number was not valid in the US. For this reason, I returned the product. If Canon will not allow me to register it then it will not support any warranty. Buyer beware.

pictures are nothing special. youll get better pics on a good cell phone. Im returning this junk tommorw

This seller sent me a bundle with missing items and camera stopped working in less than a week. They made it a lengthy process to try to return the items. still waiting on my refund. its been over a month.

Never arrived They said they shipped but they never did and then the status said that it was lost or stolen and i ordered twice and it never shipped. Dont order form them
