The item definitely is a heavy one. you may need help getting it set up. it is a bit tricky to use, and even though I haven't found a specific mobile app that ties to this, my Google phone is able to recognize it. the downfall if anything is the cartridges they sent or not Canon brand so I do get an error.

So far, so good. My Canon refurbished printer was well packed and all parts were recieved. After unboxing it it took a brief time setting it up. There is a lot to learn, so I started by following the prompts for location, date and time. Done! but the setting up the wi-fi was a little more difficult, but going slow and carefully we got it connected. over all I am satisfied and feel it will serve our home office needs for some time.

I've worked with printers, imagesetters, platesetters, every time of output device made. Consumer printers are normally less than simple to setup. This printer was extremely simple. Once the rpinter was set up, it took 30 seconds to add to my Mac and 30 seconds to add to a Win 11 PC. The color quality is what I expect from Canon. Head and shoulders above the color laser this replaced.

Good quality printer. Connection and setup was straightforward; no problems connecting to the network. This is nearly identical to one I've used for several years and served well. Canon themselves did the refurbishment, so I trust it was done correctly. Print quality is great and as expected.

Very good printer with the features I was looking for in a laser printer. It helps to have some technical background experience when setting up this printer. I took some setting changes and some patience for it to be recognized on my network. All good now.

I wanted a laser color printer because I was tired of my inkjet drying out. I bought this because it was half-off with open box. Works great so far but their are a few issues. The feeder scanner sometimes scrans crooked, but I had that problem with my old printer. The ink is pricey, $400 for the Canon brand whole set. Luckily, you can get generic brand for 1/4 that price but the printer won't display their remianing levels. It was a little finnicky when trying to install it, too. I love the second feeder tray in front but sometimes it wants to do weird things, like print the envelope sideways or suck the paper in but not use it anyway. And the USB drive on the front sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

Set up was simple-both to my desktop and remote devices using my home wi-fi network. Canon's website is very user friendly for downloading drivers and peripheral needed software packages which installed quickly and without any glitches. I had the printer up and fully functionally running in less than a half hour. This All-In-One has many capabilities that are above my home use needs. Received with INCLUDED XL size non-OEM toner cartridges which work just fine and should last a long time. You do get a "Counterfeit Toner" message when you first power the unit up but it does not show again after you "recognize and accept" the message. The only minor cons I have with this unit is that it is heavy and somewhat noisy when printing. Prints fast and the colors are "almost" as vivid as my Epson ink-jet Work Force printer when it is set to "standard" print mode. Pleased with this purchase at an excellent value for the dollars spent over a brand new unit. This refurb unit is in immaculate shape and was very well packaged when I received it. No issues registering the serial number with Canon for warranty.

The Canon printer looks very good, kind of heavy but it fit in my small table. The toner provided did not have a chip, so the printer said "counterfeit toner, not able to track usage" but I can still printing after few minutes the printer is turned on. I like the idea of not to worried about ink printers that the ink is expensive and they dried out. That's happen with my ecotank ink printer.

Printer is fine, the buying process through walmart was slightly convoluted. Upon search it didn't state clearly it was a refurbished product that uses non-manufacturer parts and supplies. Makes you wonder whether it really has been refurbished by the manufacturer.

This is supposed to be a Canon "manufacturer" reconditioned printer. They did not send fully compatible toner cartridges. This printer will not work as represented with the supplied non-genuine counterfeit cartridges. Walmart has been of little support. After 37 minutes on the phone they finally decided to send me a FedEx return label so I could get a refund, which I do not want. Of course I have to package this up and take it to a FedEx location. I'm 75 years old and this thing will not fit in my old Mercedes. What am I supposed to do, rent a truck? I would not buy this printer. in my opinion, they have misrepresented themselves.
