Walmart Sucks
This has been the worsted experience I have had with a retail chain. We received our order, it was missing a cushion, you made us pack the whole thing up and return it, opposed to just sending us the cushion. We had FedEx ( which is a terribly flawed company at this point) take back the package. They took two weeks to return it. Then we received and turned away an ottoman which was the wrong piece, not wanting to take the time to ensure the correct replacement was on its way. Failed again, making your customer once again disappointed, this whole process has taken about 4 to 5 hours of our time to work on the resolution. Clearly now going with a superior vendor and paying more would have cost us less. Walmart is a disappointment and will be going under if it can't fulfill a simple order.
