The best camera for the price
I absolutely love this camera for how advanced and clear the photos come out. It is such a good price and better than any other camera that may be around or over this price. 100% worth it.

Ok but not eligible for USA warranty
I love this camera so much! It’s easy to use and excellent quality. The only setback is I chose this seller because it said 1 year USA warranty and it’s definitely not a USA device, it’s from Japan so you are not able to register the device on canons site. I wish the seller was more transparent about that, but other than that it’s great.

Get directly from Canon instead
I sent it back bc I think I was sent a bad camera. all my photos were blurry no matter what settings I changed and I researched a lot and tried everything so I decided to send it back and request a new one to be sent to me. As soon as I sent my camera back and they requested a replacement, my order was canceled like 5 days later and I did not get a refund. so now I am out $700 and don't have a camera. very disappointed.

Fake?
The camera stopped working after 5 months. It's not eligible for warranty because apparently it was not meant to sale in the US. Fake camera for same money is not fair. Refund requested but have not heard back. Would NOT recommend using this seller.

Received a used/refurbished model meant for Japan
This was advertised as a new camera but I received an obviously used/refurbished product. I received a package with loosely wrapped camera and battery, missing documentation and a torn box. If that wasn't enough, it is the Japanese model that is not supposed to be sold outside of Japan

Avoid this seller
Can’t review this because I never got my order. This seller is a scam. I reached out countless times and finally they launched an “investigation” that lasted for a whole month only to be completely helpless!

Camera battery doesn't last long, i've only had the camera for a week that i was able to use it. the screen crashed when you try to use the bluetooth function. emailed and asked for a replacement because I really did want to use the camera and they said they do not offer replacements… so i guess im going to buy one from somewhere else.

Missing items in camera box
I am missing parts of the camera. The camera box arrived looking like it had already been opened. When I inspected it, it is missing the connectivity cord.

Dishonest
This review is not about the camera, but about the seller. The seller sold the camera as brand new, but it arrived used, dirty, and scratched. Also, it was clearly damaged, which is probably why it was returned by the previous buyer. When I asked the seller why they sold it as brand new if it is in fact, not brand new, they responded by saying the product retails for up to $800 and if I don’t want this “gem“ I should return it. You better believe I returned it. The reason online sales from giants such as Amazon and Walmart works is because there is a trust between seller and buyer. Sellers like this ruined the trust for everyone.

Be careful buying from jiam sales. The camera died after 2 times used and 4 months since we buy it .they don't want to owner the warranty
