I love this camera so much! It’s easy to use and excellent quality. The only setback is I chose this seller because it said 1 year USA warranty and it’s definitely not a USA device, it’s from Japan so you are not able to register the device on canons site. I wish the seller was more transparent about that, but other than that it’s great.

I sent it back bc I think I was sent a bad camera. all my photos were blurry no matter what settings I changed and I researched a lot and tried everything so I decided to send it back and request a new one to be sent to me. As soon as I sent my camera back and they requested a replacement, my order was canceled like 5 days later and I did not get a refund. so now I am out $700 and don't have a camera. very disappointed.

The camera stopped working after 5 months. It's not eligible for warranty because apparently it was not meant to sale in the US. Fake camera for same money is not fair. Refund requested but have not heard back. Would NOT recommend using this seller.

This was advertised as a new camera but I received an obviously used/refurbished product. I received a package with loosely wrapped camera and battery, missing documentation and a torn box. If that wasn't enough, it is the Japanese model that is not supposed to be sold outside of Japan

Can’t review this because I never got my order. This seller is a scam. I reached out countless times and finally they launched an “investigation” that lasted for a whole month only to be completely helpless!

Camera battery doesn't last long, i've only had the camera for a week that i was able to use it. the screen crashed when you try to use the bluetooth function. emailed and asked for a replacement because I really did want to use the camera and they said they do not offer replacements… so i guess im going to buy one from somewhere else.

I am missing parts of the camera. The camera box arrived looking like it had already been opened. When I inspected it, it is missing the connectivity cord.

Item not as described. Item not intended to be sold in USA and there is no manufacturer warranty per their label on the package. Very possible that you are purchasing an item that is refurbished and overpaying for it. Power cord came in separate packaging which was also a red flag. "Third party vendor" with a very poor rating. You can research for yourself. Expensive items like this being sold with no protections, no manufacturer warranty and a very suspicious label stating not intended to be sold in the USA should not be sold on Wal Mart.com. Very sketchy how they misrepresent the warranty trying to make you think its covered by Canon but if you read the really fine print, they tell you to contact the very sketchy "third party" seller for their warranty information because it may be "different". Bottom line, do not buy this product from a "third party" seller that has products not intended to be sold in the USA.

When I received my camera, it didn't work at all and didn't turn on after charging the battery. I would recommend buying this new rather than open box.

Buyer beware!! Seller did not disclose that this was an international model. As such no warranty is available. Canon indicated that this is not an authorized seller for Canon. Unable to purchase CanonCare warranty because it’s not authorized for US sale. I need a repair and have no recourse!
